
Conference Manager (1 position)
Overall Responsibility
To be responsible for the management of the conference department as well as the preparation and implementation of conference plans within budget. To spearhead the conference planning activities and work closely with various project teams on conferences held in conjunction with the shows. Representing the company with regards to conferences at meetings with industry professionals. Interface with the President for budgets, planning and forecasts.
Principal Accountabilities
- General conference program management.
- Oversee all conferences/budget/forecast/deadlines.
- Implement overall conference planning.
- Production of procedural and policy documents relevant to the work of the department.
- Ensuring Service Quality standards within the department and incorporation of these standards into the department manual.
- Providing an efficient and effective service to Organizing Committees and technical advisors, including advice on policy and procedures related to Reed events.
- Visit competitive shows and other markets for sales and contacts.
- Assist in determining the market share and positioning within the industry.
- Build relationships with associations, statutory boards and key industry professionals.
- Market Value Added Services.
- Regular and effective liaison with Project Manager / Group Project Manager to ensure that the Conference is seen as an integral part of the show.
- To prepare and submit accurate and timely reports:-
- Quarterly forecasts
- Competitive show reports
- Monthly report
- Create conference program & proper speakers.
- Evaluation / Sponsors
Performance Standards
To be proactive in areas such as suggesting alternative strategies for conference success based on feedback.
Skills and Core Competencies
- A degree in business, mass communication with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience.
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking with strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy is a pre-requisite.
- Must be a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Conference Content Developer (1 position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Be able to create content (The most significant qualification required), planning and organizing international business seminars, conferences and congresses
- Be able to establish relationships with local and international leaders and technology experts
- Be able to develop conference programs, identify speakers, plan and implement marketing and promotional activities for the conferences
The Candidate:
- 3 years experience in related fields. Experiencing in exhibition industry is preferable.
- Strong organizing skill
- Able to work with details under pressure and deadlines
- Excellent writing skill with having reasonably good analytical skill
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
Compensation:
The company offers a competitive package depends upon candidates’ level of experience, performance expectations and qualifications, which will consist of base salary and other benefits.

Copywriter (Contract) (1 position)
Overall Responsibility
To be responsible for the writing English and Thai marketing communications, advertisements and creative materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, newsletters, updates, print ads and other promotional materials) for both exhibitor and visitor promotion in both English and Thai languages.
Key result areas
- To be responsible for writing all the marketing and creative materials for both conventional and online media and others promotion activities script
- To work closely with Marketing Communication Executives on the visitor and exhibitor promotion programs
- To work closely with the Production department to ensure that all the art works are done timely and properly
- Create TV & Radio spots and also coordinate with the production house to produce them
- To be responsible for on site exhibitor interview
- To be responsible for any other jobs assigned by Integrated Marketing Communications Department Manager

Skills and Core Competencies
- A degree in Art, Mass Communication, Marketing with at least 4 year’s relevant working experience.
- A creative mind, commercial sense, can work fast and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills are a must

- Fluency in English and Thai languages with strong business writing skills
- Willing to work in a team
- Computer literate
- Energetic, outspoken, high sense of ownership and be able to manage own work
Project Executive (1 position)
Overall Responsibility
To be responsible for sales and assignment of exhibit space and VAS coupled with other sales related functions for assigned shows.
Key result areas
- To work co-operatively with industry groups, functional groups and associations in their role as contributor to the overall success of each show.
- To be proactive and keep abreast of competitive environment.
- To create an open line of communication with exhibitors, prospects, attendees, association, consultants, vendors.
Principal Accountabilities
- To maintain awareness of industry trends, climate, players, distribution and issues.
- Selling at competitive shows where applicable.
- To achieve 100% of sales target for assigned shows.
- To achieve productivity standards of about 15 to 20 sales visits per week.
- To develop sales leads and maintain exhibitor prospect list.
- To obtain signed contracts and payments in full.
- To assist in consolidation of floor plan.
- To act as primary contact for all exhibitor inquiries/problems.
- To prepare accurate and timely reports:-
- Weekly Report
- Monthly Report
- To participate in floor plan audits.
- To assist in proof reading of directory.
- To coordinate special show features.
- To prepare and implement sales plan to meet budget.
- To prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects as and when required.
Performance Standards
- Providing a wholly acceptable service to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of exhibitors list.
Skills and Core Competencies
- A tertiary degree from recognized university with at least 5 year’s relevant working experience..
- Knowledge of specific assigned industry.
- Knowledge of sales particularly telephones marketing.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking
- Computer literacy is a pre-requisite.
- Travelling will be required.
- To participate in training programs.
