We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager with strong industry knowledge, leadership ability, communication skills, and exhibition sales experience to drive international business growth and customer success.
Job Description
Prepare, implement, monitor, and control assigned exhibitions and projects successfully.
Lead and motivate project executives and senior project executives to achieve sales targets and business goals.
Develop strong communication relationships with exhibitors, attendees, associations, consultants, and vendors.
Conduct formal sales presentations and maintain exhibitor and visitor prospect databases.
Prepare weekly reports, competitive show analysis, and submit accurate project documentation.
Organize advisory committee meetings and support strategic exhibition planning activities.
Guide and train project teams while suggesting innovative strategies for exhibition success.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 5 years of relevant industry and sales management experience.
Communication Skills
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability.
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of sales management, exhibition industries, business development, and computer literacy.
Work Flexibility
Must be a team player capable of working independently with willingness to travel overseas when required.
