Job description

  • Planning, co-ordinating and implementing exhibitor and Hosted Buyer campaigns (on and offline)
  • Working with data team to analyse and segment customer data in relation with campaign objectives
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness and adjusting activity / content accordingly
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key local suppliers and media partners
  • Writing and creating targeted copy for campaigns in accordance with show / portfolio strategies
  • Writing and creating collateral in line with functional team requirements
  • Creating and implementing social media campaigns and ensure web content is fit for purpose
  • Co-ordinating registration process with local third party supplier
  • Working with agencies and third party suppliers
  • Co-ordinating the development and fulfilment of sponsorship and revenue opportunities
  • Co-ordinating the development of the event app
  • Controlling costs against budget, raising orders, maintaining invoice records and marketing budget trackers relating to campaigns
  • Planning and implementing promotional / advertising / digital media campaign
  • Working closely with the customer marketing managers to ensure buyer and exhibitor recruitment targets are met
  • Production of all onsite literature including catalogues Ideal candidate profile

Qualifications:

  • Age 35 up
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields
  • 10 years working experience
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Solid experience in online and offline marketing
  • Good copywriting and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Good multi-tasking skills and ability to priorities
  • Ability to meet deadlines within budget and under pressure
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Good database management skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Confident, self-starter
  • Experience in a publishing / event / exhibition background and IT skills would be an advantage

Overall Responsibility:

  • To be responsible for sales and assignment of exhibit space and VAS (Value Added Service) coupled with other sales related functions for assigned shows.
  • To work co-operatively with industry groups, functional groups and associations in their role as contributor to the overall success of each show.
  • To be proactive and keep abreast of competitive environment.
  • To create an open line of communication with exhibitors, prospects, attendees, association, consultants, vendors.
  • To maintain awareness of industry trends, climate, players, distribution and issues.
  • Selling at competitive shows where applicable.
  • To achieve sales target for assigned shows.
  • To develop sales leads and maintain exhibitor prospect list.
  • To obtain signed contracts and payments in full.
  • To assist in consolidation of floor plan.
  • To act as primary contact for all exhibitor inquiries/problems.
  • To participate in floor plan audits.
  • To coordinate special show features.
  • To prepare and implement sales plan to meet budget.
  • To prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects as and when required.

Qualifications:

  • A tertiary degree from recognized university with at least 3-5 year’s relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of specific assigned industry.
  • Knowledge of sales particularly telephones marketing.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Good command of English in both writing and speaking
  • Computer literacy is a pre-requisite.
  • Travelling will be required (own car required)
  • To participate in training programs.

Job description:

  • Coordinate and implement the implement the operations plan within the framework of the budget.
  • Pre-show and on-site supervision of all official show contractors including but not limited to: general contractor, registration, security, floral, audio visual, photography, catering, freight forwarding, customs clearing, special rentals, shuttle bus/transportation and utilities, etc. where required.
  • Liaise with Exhibition Hall Personal, Contractors, Suppliers as required.
  • Produce and master show (s) floor plan.
  • Compile and monitor the operational reporting function.
  • Produce exhibitor manual for the show (s).
  • Interface with show teams to enhance customers.
  • Travel as required.
  • Function as integral part of overall effort in performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Architect, Logistics, or related field
  • General English command with TOEIC of 500 or above preferred
  • Knowledge in AutoCad drawing will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Good logistics and systematical thinking
  • Able to work under pressure with tight timeline

  • Travelling overseas will be required.

Job description:

  • To personally project and oversee sales manage of established shows where applicable.
  • To personally project and sales manage at least 1 new show launch, in addition to established shows.
  • To oversee and ensure that the implementation of show plans are within budget.
  • To formulate 3-year strategic plans for each assigned show.
  • To implement and develop new ideas and ways to constantly improve the quality of shows.
  • To develop and upkeep industry knowledge and expertise.
  • To manage corporate and key accounts effectively and efficiently.
  • To organize advisory committee relevant to the industry.
  • To deputize in the absence of Industry Vice President when necessary.
  • To prepare and submit timely reports:-
  • Quarterly forecasts
    o Monthly Report
    o Weekly Report
  • To liaise with embassies, trade boards, associations and publications.
  • To provide “on-the-job” training for Project Manager and Sales Manager
  • To guide, advise and direct the efforts of the Project Manager and Sales Manager to formulate and implement marketing plans and budgets for assigned shows.
  • To monitor and evaluate the performance of Sales staff with direct project reporting responsibilities.
  • To interface with Project Manager and Sales Manager for the purpose of creating and implementing the sales strategy.
  • A proactive approach is consistently adopted in making proposals to Senior management on the development of sales policies and practices that will improve business performance and add value.
  • Realistic plans are made to anticipate future sales requirements that avoid unmanageable crisis.
  • Helpful advice is given on sales management matters, which is based on a thorough understanding of the specified industry and company policies and procedures.
  • Systematic sales policies and procedures are maintained which provide a wholly acceptable service to customers.
  • A computerized sales system is used to maintain accurate records and to generate information as a basis for decision-making on key sales issues.
  • To assist Industry Project Director to prepare and submit accurate and timely reports.
  • To create an open line of communication with exhibitors, prospects, attendees, association, consultants, vendors.

Qualifications:

  • A tertiary degree from recognized university with at least 8 – 10 year’s relevant working experience.
  • Proven certificate in fluent English
  • A third language will be an advantage especially Japanese, Chinese or Vietnamese
  • Strong knowledge of specific industry assigned.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
  • Computer literacy is a pre-requisite.
  • Must be a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Travelling overseas will be required.
